We prefer Paypal but are happy to accept your check or money order for reservations made in advance. We must receive your payment no later than 14 days prior to your check in. We cannot issue check instructions until we have received your payment and your check has cleared. There is a $50 fee for all returned checks.To pay via Paypal, complete the information below. To place a deposit to hold a reservation select "Make a Reservation Deposit" and enter $50 (or the agreed upon amount) below. To pay the security deposit enter "Pay Security Deposit" and enter $100. Make a Reservation Deposit Pay for Your Rental

  

If paying by check or money order, please reference reservation dates and the property number (if applicable) when sending your check or money order. Once we have received your deposit we will provide you with a confirmation number and directions to the Meridian Plaza.

Please execute the rental agreement online or download a copy and return. A credit card number is required to cover damages or incidental expenses. For your security, we will request this information via phone, mail, or email once your reservation is confirmed and you have returned the rental agreement.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes things happen that cause us to changes plans that have been made far in advance. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 14 days in advance. We will refund your deposit, security deposit, and rental fee minus a $25 reservation fee and a $25 administration fee. If you cancel less than 14 days in advance, we will refund your fees only if we can re-rent the property.

Any refunds will be made by the same method you paid. For example, if you paid by PayPal your refund will be made by PayPal. If you paid by check we will returned your check if it has not been cashed or issue you a refund check. (For a refund of deposit, cancellation must be in writing and RECEIVED no later than 14 days prior to your check in date, less a $25.00 administration fee and reservation fee of $25). SEND CANCELLATION REQUESTS TO:
