RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
During Peak season (May-August), only standard rental week reservations from Saturday to Saturday are accepted. For certain holiday and special event dates, a minimum three (3) night reservation period may be required. All rental fee balances must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival or your reservation may be cancelled. In these cases, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 reservation and administration fee.
We're sorry, but we cannot accept checks for reservations made less than 14 days before arrival.
Please reference reservation dates and property number when sending check or money order. Upon receipt of deposit;
confirmation and directions to the Meridian Plaza will be mailed, faxed or emailed to Guest.
Each room sleeps 4 Adults and 2 Children under 18. (Immediate family only.) Bedding arrangements are 2 beds and 1
sofa bed. Weekly stays equals seven nights. Adults must be 23 years of age or older.
Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m., and check out time is at 10:30 a.m. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee.
Smoking is not permitted in the units or on the balcony. Please use the
designated smoking areas that are located on the property.
Based on conversations with our guests, we determined that renters would prefer that we keep our rents low rather
than add certain additional services. With that in mind, we do not offer landlines in our units.
Your rental fee is refundable if your reservation is cancelled no later than 14 days prior to your arrival. A $25.00 administration fee is assessed for all cancellations along with a prepaid reservation fee of $25. For cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date, advance payments are refundable only if we are able to rent the unit for the same rental period.
